NORMATIVE E UTILIZZI DEI
CANALI DA FUMO E DEI CAMINI

Innanzitutto è utile chiarire che il camino è la struttura che porta i fumi oltre il tetto, mentre il canale da fumo raccorda l’apparecchio che genera calore al camino.

Camini, canne fumarie e canali da fumo devono essere marcati CE in base alla norma europea EN 1856-2. La norma prevede che essi siano accompagnati da una designazione che informa sulle caratteristiche del prodotto e sulle sue prestazioni, mettendo quindi l’installatore in grado di scegliere il giusto prodotto a seconda dell’utilizzo.

OF FLUE PIPES AND FLUES

Firstly, it should be clarified that the flue is the structure that carries the smoke up above the roof, while the flue pipe connects the heating appliance to the flue.

Chimneys, flues and flue pipes must bear CE marking as required by the European standard EN 1856-2, which specifies that all must bear designation that lists the characteristics and performance of the product and enables installers to choose the right product for the purpose.

Avant toute chose il faut préciser que le carneau est la structure qui évacue les fumées par le toit tandis que le conduit des fumée relie l'appareil qui génère la chaleur au carneau.

Les carneaux, les tuyaux de cheminée et les conduits de fumée doivent porter le marquage CE, conformément à la norme européenne EN 1856-2. Cette norme prévoit en outre qu'ils soient accompagnées d'une désignation qui fournit des informations concernant les caractéristiques et les performances du produit et qui permet à l'installateur d'opter pour tel ou tel produit en fonction de l'usage prévu.

Per quanto riguarda l’Italia, nel maggio 2008 è uscita la normativa UNI/TS 11278 riguardante la scelta e il corretto utilizzo del camino/canale da fumo in funzione del tipo di combustibile. In sostanza la norma si occupa della resistenza alla corrosione dei vari materiali e puntualizza in maniera più precisa quanto riportato nella sopracitata norma EN1856-2. Come questa infatti ribadisce il principio che i prodotti devono superare un test di resistenza alla corrosione o, in caso contrario, devono essere costruiti esclusivamente con i materiali indicati in specifiche tabelle.

Per il combustibile solido sono ammessi i tests V2 e V3, oppure, in alternativa sono ammessi tre materiali: 2 acciai inossidabili (Aisi 316L e Aisi 904L) e l’acciaio porcellanato. Il normale acciaio al carbonio comunemente detto "ferro", col quale normalmente sono costruiti i canali da fumo verniciati, non è quindi considerato idoneo ad essere installato su una stufa a legna o a pellet.

TEST V2 SULLA RESISTENZA ALLA CORROSIONE

Abbiamo sottoposto i nostri prodotti al severo test V2 sulla resistenza alla corrosione e i risultati hanno confermato l’assoluta bontà dei tubi porcellanati sia della linea Plus che della linea Classic. Il superamento del test rende il prodotto idoneo ad essere installato su tutti i tipi di apparecchi, a combustibile solido (legna, pellet e carbone), liquido e gassoso. La copertura vetroporcellanata conferisce una eccezionale resistenza alla corrosione da parte delle condense della combustione.

LINEA PLUS
Il top dei prodotti SAVE. Sono tubi di grosso spessore (1.2 mm porcellanato e 2mm verniciato), saldati al laser per lo scarico dei fumi di stufe a legna e a pellets. Provengono dalla tradizione nordeuropea, sono di gradevolissimo aspetto estetico e ben si adattano all’installazione su stufe di un certo pregio.

LINEA CLASSIC
Tubi aggraffati, più leggeri ed economici. Prodotti con lamiera di acciaio rivestita con smalto porcellanato. Sono i classici tubi per stufa che Save produce da oltre 40 anni e che hanno accompagnato, in questi anni, la quasi totalità delle installazioni delle stufe a legna.

LINEA PROFESSIONAL
Comprende i camini inox e i canali da fumo in alluminio per le caldaie a gas.

UTILIZZI CONSIGLIATI

Gli utilizzi sottoriportati non sono categorici e tanto meno obbligatori. Vogliono solamente essere dei consigli a scegliere il prodotto a nostro avviso migliore per una determinata applicazione.

As far as Italy is concerned, in May 2008, the standard UNI/TS 11278 was issued concerning the choice and correct use of flues and flue pipes according to the type of fuel used. Basically, the standard deals with the resistance to corrosion of various materials and specifies in greater depth the regulations given in the above-mentioned standard EN 1856-2. This Standard develops the principle that products must pass a corrosion resistance test or otherwise be built exclusively with materials indicated in specific tables.

The V2 and V3 tests are accepted for solid fuels; in alternative, three materials are acceptable: 2 types of stainless steel (AISI 316L and AISI 904L) and vitreous enamelled steel. The normal carbon steel , also known as "iron alloy steel", with which painted flue pipes are usually built is therefore not considered suitable for installation in wood or pellet stoves.

V2 CORROSION RESISTANCE TEST

We have subjected our products to strict V2 corrosion resistance tests that have confirmed the quality and reliability of the vitreous enamelled pipes in both our Plus and our Classic Lines. Positive test outcomes mean that these products are suited for installation in all types of stove, regardless of whether the fuel is solid (wood, pellet or carbon), liquid, or gaseous. Vitreous enamel coating ensures exceptional resistance against corrosion by combustion condensate.

PLUS LINE
The top SAVE products. They are very thick pipes (1.2 mm. vitreous enamelled and 2 mm. painted), laser welded to carry off smoke from wood and pellet burning stoves. Based on North European tradition, they are pleasing to the eye and are appropriate for installation on stoves of prestige.

CLASSIC LINE Lighter and more economic seamed pipes. Made of steel plate with a vitreous enamel coating. They represent the classic pipes for stoves that Save has been producing for more than 40 years and which have accompanied almost all wood-burning stove installations over this period of time.

PROFESSIONAL LINE
It includes stainless steel flues and aluminium flues for gas boilers.

RECOMMENDED USES

The uses referred to below are neither categorical nor compulsory. They are given as advice to help choose the product that, in our opinion, is best for a certain type of application.

L'Italie a vu sortir en mai 2008 la norme UNI/TS 11278 concernant le choix et la bonne utilisation du carneau/conduit des fumée en fonction du type de combustible. En substance, la norme s'occupe de la résistance à la corrosion des différents matériaux et souligne de façon plus précise ce qui est indiqué dans la norme susmentionnée EN1856-2. Comme celle-ci, elle affirme le principe selon lequel les produits doivent réussir un test de résistance à la corrosion ou, en alternative, être construits en utilisant exclusivement les matériaux indiqués dans les tableaux ad hoc.

Pour les combustibles solides seuls les tests V2 et V3 sont reconnus, ou bien, en alternative trois matériaux sont admis: 2 aciers inoxydables (Aisi 316L et Aisi 904L) et l'acier émaillé. L'acier au carbone traditionnel, appelé également “fer”, utilisé habituellement pour la construction des conduits de fumée vernis, n'est donc pas conforme pour être installé sur un poêle à bois ou à granulés de bois.

TEST V2 DE RÉSISTANCE À LA CORROSION

Nos produits ont été soumis au test sévère V2 de résistance à la corrosion et les résultats ont confirmé la validité irréprochable des tuyaux émaillés des lignes Plus et Classic. La réussite de ce test permet donc d'installer ce produit sur tous les types d'appareils à combustible solide (bois, granulés et charbon), liquide ou gazeux. Le revêtement en émail vitrifié confère une résistance exceptionnelle contre la corrosion due aux condensations de la combustion.

Le top des produits SAVE. Tubes grosse épaisseur (1,2 mm émaillés et 2 mm laqués) soudés au laser pour l'évacuation des fumées des poêles à bois et à granulés de bois. Issus de la grande tradition d'Europe du Nord et à l'aspect esthétique valorisant, ils sont parfaitement indiqués pour les poêles haut de gamme

LIGNE CLASSIC Des tubes agrafés, plus légers et économiques. Construits en tôle d'acier revêtue d'émail vitrifié. Ce sont les tubes traditionnels pour poêle que Save produit depuis plus de 40 ans et qui ont accompagné, ces dernières années, la quasi totalité des installations des poêles à bois.

LIGNE PROFESSIONAL
Cette ligne inclut les carneaux inox et les conduits de fumée en aluminium pour les chaudières à gaz.
